Rental Policy:
$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking to reserve your requested time.
50% of rental fee due 60 days prior to rental.
50% of remaining rental due 30 days prior to rental.
$140 cleaning fee and $50 resident transfer fee will be deducted from Security Deposit.
Remaining of deposit will be promptly returned within 10 days after inspection of house/golf cart and cleaning.
Living Room and Master Bedroom have flat screen televisions. Master Bedroom has king size bed along with two good sized bureaus. Master Bath has good sized tiled shower with bench, two vanities and two individual closets, with a privacy door between bedroom. Guest bedroom has queen sized bed and third bedroom/den has a love seat recliner and desk. Privacy door can seal off both 2nd & 3rd bedrooms and guest bathroom. Laundry room has large size washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with two comfortable swivel stools. New dining table has 4 chairs and expandable leaf. Florida room and Lanai have a wonderful view overlooking the 4th tee of the Roosevelt golf course. Beautiful breakfast and dinner views! Smaller gas grill is provided, powered by cylinder propane gas. Very convenient and easy to use.
The Villages currently has 42 Executive 9 hole courses and 12 Championship golf courses, most all of which are 27 holes. Over 80 heated pools, with the Truman pool mere steps away. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, nightly entertainment and dancing at all three Town Squares, 3 eight theater movie houses, 2 bowling centers, 4 softball complexes, and a Polo Field all help contribute to the incredible number of scheduled activities everyday.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
