Payment :
We require a one month payment ($2900 for non-winter months or $3900 for winter months) with signed lease since the house is no longer available to anyone but you for the month(s) you have agreed to rent.

The Villages requires residents to be at least 55 years young. Younger than 55 visitors are allowed by the Villages for a limited time. An electric golf cart is included with the rental. Please park the golf cart in the garage at night, PLUG It In to the special recharge outlet and close the garage door.
