The rates quoted are 1 or 2 person occupancy. Occasional guest are welcome. A Reservation Deposit of 50% of total rental amount is due 7 days from booking and is only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented for the same period and rate. $500 security deposit is due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

$50 (optional) resident pass payable to the Villages upon check-in

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited periods. Family activities are provided.
