$50 Temp ID/Amenities Fee (optional but recommended) allows you to play all of the executive golf courses and championship golf courses at a reduced rate. Entry to movie theaters, Savannah Center shows and regional fitness centers at reduced fees. Gives access to all recreation centers.

Deposit and 50% of rent is due at booking. 25% of rent due 60 days before occupancy date, balance due 30 days before check in. With any cancellation, monies paid will be fully refunded less security deposit providing the property can be rented for the same period of time at the same rate. Security deposit will be returned 15 days after the end of the rental period providing there is no excessive wear or damage.
