Full size kitchen appliances, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. All linens and towels included. Our patio villa has a screened lanai room and a side patio for additional seating. This Patio Villa is in a newer section of The Villages where endless nature paths greet you. Take a short walk to the Riverbend Recreation Center where you can swim, play corn-hole, pickle ball, bocce ball and tennis. You will be struck by the beauty of towering oaks dripping with Spanish moss. There is also golf, archery, volleyball, softball, and many other activities. Every evening comes to life at the Town Squares with live music. Golf cart included.

All payments must be made by certified check or money order. Absolutely NO smoking in the house, garage, or lanai.

**We offer a discount for rental of 3 months or more.
Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.
Rental Policy: $1000 deposit is due within 7 days of booking. $500 refundable security deposit and balance of rent are due 45 days prior to occupancy.
$150 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the security deposit prior to refunding.
Residence Fee is $50
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
