Go for a swim at the Mallory Square Pool that is just a short walk away. By golf cart, more than 10 golf courses can be reached within 2 to 15 minutes. Not a golfer? Visit Recreation Centers nearby including Lake Miona or Coconut Cove Village which feature swimming pools, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce, billiards, and other activities. In The Villages, all you need to get around is our golf cart.

Inside our home is a comfortable Master Bedroom with king size bed overlooking the golf course, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom. A pocket door separates the guest bedroom/bathroom from the rest of the home and creates a private suite for guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with HDTV/DVR. The den/office has a queen size hide-a-bed and a desk for your computer, printer and access to high speed WiFi internet.

Rental Policy:
-Florida Sales Tax of 7% will be added to Rental Fee
-$50 option to purchase two Temporary Resident ID's. Resident ID amenities will be transferred to tenants and includes golf savings.
-Monthly rental fees are based on double occupancy. For quadruple occupancy, 20% will be added to the Rent
-25% of total rental amount (non-refundable) due within 7 days of booking
-$1500 Security Deposit, $500 Pet Security Deposit (if applicable) and remaining rental amount due 45 days before occupancy
-$350 cleaning fee will be deducted from Security Deposit
-$100 extra pet cleaning fee will be deducted from Pet Security Deposit (if applicable)
-In The Villages, young visitors are allowed and family activities are provided
