All bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are set up with towels, linens, bedding and blankets and initial paper, cleaning supplies and toiletries are included. The living room has a 55 inch TV. The outdoor screened lanai is furnished with a couch set to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails! Patio has table with 4 chairs and 4 lawn chairs, private side yard for extra space. Two mountain bikes are available for use. 2 sets of golf clubs available for use.

Owner responsible for irrigation water, taxes, lawn maintenance, pest control, trash pickup and amenity fee. Owner pays electric, gas, household water, cable, phone and internet. Resident ID is $50.00 paid to The Villages.

Now that they have built the new trails in Marsh Bend, we drive down there to go for a great walk or bike ride. We noticed yesterday they have even built the new walking path along the north side of Hogeye Marsh. We think the path that goes thru the beautiful live oak trees is the nicest place we have seen in The Villages, and it is great that no golf carts are allowed. We can walk side-by-side and actually have a conversation. We drove down to the Marsh Bend area, parked at Cattail rec center, and found the trail at the East end of the parking lot. The trail goes past the ninth hole of the Marshview golf course and then it goes between the Hogeye wetland and the Lowlands golf course. The views of Hogeye are wonderful. After about 3/4 of a mile, the trail intersects the MMP (multi-modal path) they are building to connect Fenney to Brownwood. We went south and crossed the new bridge, then turned right on the walking trail along the south side of the marsh. The trail went thru live oak trees and had nice views of the marsh, and continued until we were back at Cattail. This is the nicest place we have found in TV. All of the trail (except for the short part along the MMP) does not allow golf carts, so we could walk side-by-side with no fear of a golf cart coming up behind us.

The Water Lily bridge is open and the final bridge in the series of three that brings full connectivity to The Villages community. Located at the crossroads of Warm Springs Boulevard and Marsh Bend Trail, Magnolia Plaza is golf car accessible and home to shopping, dining, banking, personal care, medical and dental services, and more!
