Rental Policy:
Lease amount plus Deposit/Security, Cleaning fee of $250 due upon booking. When available, Rentable 4 person Cart, is separate from rental lease at $400 mo.with signed liability and insurance waiver.
Max 6 occupants, Contact owner for longer term lease. No animals or smoking. No subleasing. Security Deposit of $3000 due at the signing of lease but refundable one month after exiting lease after inspection by lessor.
Certified funds only. Deposits to secure rentals are non-refundable include a refundable security deposit payable upon the signing of the lease. ALL lease payments and fees are payable in advance, plus an additional fee for village id's of $50.00. Our leases are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Min 4 mo prepaid. Balance of rental and fees must be received in full upon signing of the lease, deposits and prepaid rent are not refundable. Security deposits may be used for any unpaid rent or for any damage assessed. Additional charges may be assessed for additional occupants by written approval of the Lessor.
The lessor has the right to change or modify any provision of the lease at any time prior to acknowledging the lease in writing.
