LR, DR & master are luxury vinyl flooring, 2nd & 3rd BR are carpeted. Both ends of LR couch recline! Large TV in sewing room! All bedrooms have ceiling fans and living room has a ceiling fan. Five solar tubes-both bathrooms, laundry area, kitchen and master bedroom. Kitchen and spare bathroom has solar tubes night lights.



Lovely front porch that is shaded and covered bird cage that gets the pleasant morning sun, comes with patio set and table and 4 chairs, gets sun in the am and shade in the afternoon. Yard has trees and lovely flowers, kalanchoe, delphinium, Pentax, begonia, Hawaiian Ti, Bush on Fire Croton, Floridian Dracaena.
Two car garage.

Includes utilities, internet, trash, & lawn service, Internet is included so streaming of movies is available. Large screen in LR & 3rd BR.

Cancellation: If cancelled 90 days before rental full deposit will be refunded. Cancellations after that will be refunded only if unit can be re-rented.


All utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, are included. Cable not included in summer/fall rentals. Folding chairs for evenings in the squares. Golf card has cooler.

Rental Policy: Rental contract required. Deposit of $500 due within 7 days of booking. For 2024 bookings 20% of total rental fee will be due within 7 days of booking. A $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

You will pay the $50 for amenities passes to enjoy all of the available facilities and fun while you are here. We fill out the paperwork for you.

55" TV in LR. Gas grill included, folding chairs for nights on the squares. Pool noodles, DVD's and books included. Home comes with basic cleaning supplies, some spices, dishes, glasses, pots & pans, blender, toaster oven. Some laundry items included. All bed linens, pillows and bed spreads for both queen size beds and towel sets for both baths are included. There are clothes lines in the garage for drying. Some spices are included, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic cleaning supplies included, but must be replaced when used up. Keurig single serving coffee maker in unit. Toaster and utensils included. Some refrigerator items such as mustard, ketchup, relish are left for renters to use, but need to be replaced when used up. Some dishwasher detergent, hand soap, dish detergent is in the unit but needs to be replaced. These items are left for your convenience and to make it more hospitable in your first few days after arriving. But you will be expected to replace what you will use up.

Other items include: Iron and ironing board, laundry basket, blow dryers, bar stools, dining room table with two leafs and 4 chairs.
Third bedroom has a new couch that folds into a bed. Closet in this room is locked with owner items. Room includes an empty mans dresser, 50 inch TV, and a desk.
No smoking, non vaping home. No pets allowed. Rental prices are for two adults inhabiting the home. Additional charge for long term guests.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities provided.
