This home is located on a quiet street affording easy and enjoyable golf cart commuting or bicycle excursions (you have 2 bicycles). Drive the 2019 Yamaha 4-seater cart to the grocery store at the Colony Shopping Center or to the nearby community center where you can play tennis, pickleball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, bocce ball, or swim in the family pool. A short hop from the home is an adult pool for swimming laps and relaxing. As a renter you are able enjoy all that The Villages offers. The versatile lanai with the summer kitchen has a grill and a refrigerator affording a world of difference in utilizing the outdoor space as it opens on two sides to combine the interior with the pool area. This feature allows for maximum enjoyment of the Florida lifestyle. Importantly, the pool area and Lanai face east so there is plenty of shade in the afternoon allowing for a comfortable experience around the pool. Additionally, the laundry room is inside the home where it belongs. The three bedrooms are furnished with two king and one queen sized beds with new supportive mattresses. The family room sports a 65 inch Samsung TV. The master bedroom has a 55 inch TV and both guest rooms have 49 inch TVs. All are top of the line Samsung 4K HD QLEDs. All televisions are streaming YouTube TV.

Weekly rentals may be available upon request. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.

Rates are quoted for 2 guests. An additional charge of $15/night/extra guest will apply.

4 Seater Custom Quiet Tec Yamaha Gas Golf Cart included in rental fee.

Utilities included: cable TV, trash, lawn service, weekly pool service, and internet. Pool is heated from May thru October...ask us about possible surcharge for heating pool above 84 degrees and during winter months (November thru April).

Rental Policy: $1000 Security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Security fee will be refunded within 2 weeks of end of stay if no damage or loss exists. Rental fee plus $175 cleaning fee are due 90 days prior to start of rental period. Payment may be made by check, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp. Monthly Rates run from 4pm on the 1st day of the month to 9am on the last day of the month.

NO SMOKING in the house, on the Lanai or in the pool area. No Pets (I am a pet lover but, as you know they may have accidents, and other renters may have pet allergies).

Cancellation Policy: Security deposit will be returned at time of cancellation. Once paid the rental fee will not be returned unless the home can be rented again. (I will try my best to do that).
