We are seeking a long-term occupancy:
January through April: $4,500 per month
12-month lease (available now): $3,000 per month

The rate include all utilities, HOA fee, trash/recycling pick-up, yard maintenance (5 times a year), but not internet. The home is wired for internet, but the renter pays.

First month's rent is due within 3 business days of signing the contract. A security deposit of $3,000 and $200 for a professional cleaning fee is due one week prior to your arrival. Rates are based on a two-person occupancy. There is an additional $50 fee (that the Villages charges) for a temporary resident ID. No smoking on premises. Pets are negotiable.
