First month's rent is due within 3 business days of signing the contract. A security deposit of $700 and $150 for a professional cleaning fee is due one week prior to your arrival. There is an additional $50 fee (that the Villages charges) for a temporary resident ID. No smoking on premises. Pets are negotiable.
