Please note: The rates quoted are 1 or 2 person occupancy. Occasional guest are welcome. Reservation Deposit: 50% of total rental amount is due 7 days from booking and is only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented for the same period and rate. The $500 Security Deposit and balance remaining is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

$150 Cleaning Fee. $50 (optional) Temporary Resident ID Card.

To allow for cleaning, please check-in at 4:00 pm first day of rental/check-out at 10:00 am last day of rental. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
