Three bedrooms with TVs, two baths, 2 kings, 1 queen with 65 inch TV in the master BR and living room. Two 2018 Yamaha golf carts, 2 bicycles, gas grill. Rates INCLUDE 7% taxes, cleaning, golf carts, internet WI-FI, cable HDTV, Netflix, utilities, pool and lawn services.

Rental Policy: $1,000 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking. (refundable within two weeks after rental period if home is left in the same or better condition) 50% of rental fee due 90 days prior to arrival date. Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival date. Owner reserves the right to rent the property to another party if the balance is not received on or before the due date. The rates are for two people. Additional people may incur a fee (to be discussed). The property is non-smoking and no pets. Cancellation policy: Security Deposit is non-refundable.
