Master bedroom has king-size bed with TV, walk-in closet and double sinks. The same quality queen bed--with TV--is in the guest room. There is another king-size bed in third bedroom with private door way into the Lanai. In total, three HD TVs with Direct TV cable access in all rooms. Inside laundry room has brand-new extra-large capacity washer and dryer. For ample storage there are many cabinets in the two-car garage. Take a look at us!

With your Villages temporary-resident ID (included with your rental fee), you can enjoy all the activities The Villages has to offer, including golf at the 32 executive golf courses. Enjoy reduced rates at all of the 12 most majestic championship golf courses; including: Mallory Hill, Nancy Lopez Legacy, Cane Garden, Havana, Arnold Palmer (designed) Legends, and Bonifay country clubs. Relax by the pool, which is within walking distance, play a game of pickleball, tennis or billiards, and dine at any of The Villages restaurants and country clubs. You can dance every night with live entertainment at Lake Sumter Landing or in either of the two other town squares.

Your Villages temporary-resident ID is good for the duration of your stay.

All utilities, taxes (Florida 9% sales tax), Direct HD-TV, trash, lawn service and high-speed internet, and phone service are included.

Rental includes two temporary Village ID cards (limit 2) which are good for the duration of your stay.

We provide the initial supply of household consumables: e.g., dishwasher detergent; clothes detergent; liquid hand soap; paper products; cleaning supplies.

All rent is due 90 days prior to occupancy.
