Rental Policy:$500 Reservation fee, which becomes part of the Security/Damage Deposit upon occupancy, due within 7 days of booking. Additional $500 Security/Damage Deposit due 60 days before occupancy for a total of $1000 Damage Security Deposit, refundable if no damage. Plus one time Cleaning Fee of $125.00.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
