Resident IDs:
All homeowner amenities will be transferred to the renter and includes among many other things free green fees on any of The Villages executive courses. All championship golf courses can be played at a reduced resident fee. This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+ with countless amenities for everybody in sports and adventure, lifelong learning and entertainment. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.

Rates:
Rates are based on 1 person or 1 couple occupancy. Property taxes, utilities, trash and lawn services are included.

Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking, will be refunded within 30 days if the house is in perfect condition. Cleaning Fee.

Owner/Caretaker:
The owner pays all utility bills, property taxes, trash and lawn services. The same applies for Wifi, TV, Netflix, and The Villages News Paper "Daily Sun"! And the pool will be serviced weekly at the owner's expense. A caretaker is always reachable.
