Rates are based on 1 person or 1 couple occupancy. Property taxes, utilities, trash and lawn services are included.

Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking, will be refunded within 30 days if the house is in perfect condition. Cleaning Fee.

Owner/Caretaker:
The owner pays all utility bills, property taxes, trash and lawn services. The same applies for Wifi, TV, Netflix, and The Villages News Paper "Daily Sun"! And the pool will be serviced weekly at the owner's expense. A caretaker is always reachable.
