Tile throughout the home. It includes new dishes, pots, pans, coffee pots, utensils, sheets bedding, and everything else you may need. Just bring your toothbrush.
Two-car garage with a separate golf cart garage (golf cart can be rented on the golf courses in Fenney and on the golf courses in the North). Two bikes are available at their own responsibility. Don't let this beauty get away. Non Smoking, no pets.
Resident IDs ($50 ). All homeowner amenities will be transferred to the renter which includes no green fees on any of The Villages executive courses. All championship golf courses can be played at a reduced resident fee.
