Fully furnished unit includes linen, Tableware, dinnerware, cookware, air fryer, blender, microwave, toaster oven,
3 TVS, FIRE STICKS, Wi-Fi, utilities, trash pick-up, and lawn mower services. You will not need to bring linen or dishes or small appliances. I have all of that and more.

Security deposit is $500.00. $50 will be charged for any lost keys or gate passes.
