- Security Deposit, Cleaning Fee, Lifestyle ID Fee and balance of Rental Fee/Tax due 60 days prior to occupancy
- Security Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after completion of contracted rental period and inspection, provided there are no damages or losses which include the successful return of all provided house keys, golf cart keys, garage door remote controls, security gate cards and mailbox key (if furnished)
- Rental Fees are non-refundable unless the home can be rented for the same rental period if cancellation occurs less than 90 days prior to the start of rental
- Check-in: 4:00 pm first day of contract period. Check-out: 9:00 am last day of contract period
- Late arrival or early departure does not warrant a refund of, or reduction of Rental Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
