ABOUT THE HOME

Built in 2018, this home has a split floor plan, vaulted ceilings and digital entry.

The living room has a reclining sofa and chair and a 60 inch TV.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed.

The third bedroom is set up as an office/den with a futon bed and desk. A TV is available and can be moved to whichever bedroom you prefer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, including a coffee maker, blender, mixer, crockpot and other small appliances.

Plenty of white linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

ENJOY THE OUTDOORS

The private screened lanai is the highlight of this home. There are no other lanais encroaching on your privacy, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the golf course and large oak trees.

There is also a front patio with outdoor seating, a BBQ grill and 10 speed bicycles available upon request.

ARRIVE A LITTLE EARLY
If all goes well, you can move into the home in the late afternoon of the day before your rental begins on the 1st. This gives you some extra time to get settled and start enjoying your vacation.

LOCAL OWNER
I do not live in The Villages, but I live nearby and am available if you need anything during your stay.

RENTAL POLICIES
$500 holding/security deposit due within 7 days of reservation
$300 cleaning deposit, fully refundable if the home is left clean
1/2 of rent due 90 days before arrival
Remaining 1/2 of rent due 45 days before arrival
deposits refunded within 4 days of the last rental day

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please consider travel insurance. Most visitors to The Villages plan their trips months in advance, and last-minute rentals can be difficult to fill.
Money paid can only be returned, minus $200 per month, if the home is successfully re-rented for the same dates and rental rate.
If the home is re-rented for less, the difference will be deducted from the amount paid. You will be consulted if this occurs.
