The back Lanai on this house is what makes is so special, no other lanais encroach on your privacy and you look out on a golf course with beautiful big Oak trees. This house also has a great location, you can walk to the pool in one direction and the country club restaurant in the other. It is a 5 minute or less cart ride to Spanish Springs Square, 2 grocery stores, many restaurants and fast food, also big box stores like Target and Best Buy.
The price listed is what you pay if the house is left clean, since the cleaning deposit is refundable. There is no charge for golf cart, the $50 resident passes, extra people, or pet fee. And you can move in late afternoon of the day before your rental starts on the 1st.
This house constructed in 2018 features a split floor plan, vaulted ceilings and digital entry. Living room has a reclining sofa and chair and a 60 in TV. Master bedroom has a king bed, guest bedroom has a queen, the 3rd bedroom/office/den has a futon bed and desk. There is a TV that can moved to any of those 3 rooms.
The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you would need to cook or entertain including all the small appliances like blender, coffee maker, mixer, crock pot and such. Lots of white linens and towels, and beach towels are supplied. There are 2 outdoor seating areas, the screened lanai and a front patio. There is a BarBQue grill and 10 speed bicycles are available upon request. And you can move in the late afternoon before your rental on the 1st.
I do not live in Villages, but close by, for anything you might need. I also own 3 other houses in the Villages.
Rental Policy
No pet fee, No charge for extra people
Includes $50 resident passes
$500 Holding/Security deposit within 7 days
$200 Cleaning deposit (which is totally refundable if left clean which I prefer you do, so if I spend less than 1 hour cleaning you get your deposit back)
1/2 rent within 90 days
1/2 rent within 45 days
Deposits will be refunded within 4 days of last rental day

These are all inclusive prices, no extra pet fee, no extra people charges, includes resident passes, refundable cleaning fee if left clean, this can easily add up to more than $600

Please consider travel insurance. Travel insurance is not very expensive and last minute rentals are difficult to find, most visitors to the villages plan their trip months in advance. Money paid can only be returned (minus $200) if house is rerented at the same price, the difference will be taken out of rent paid, if rented for less, you will be consulted.
