Monthly and long-term (3+ months) rates are available. The rates shown are for one or two people.

All utilities, high definition TVs, high speed Internet with wi-fi, trash, lawn service and taxes are included.

Rental Policy:
50% of rent is due within 10 days of booking.
Remainder of rent and $750 security deposit are due 30 days before rental period.
Security deposit (less $150 cleaning fee) will be refunded if post-rental inspection shows no damage and only normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy:
If tenant cancels before check-in date, any amount received before cancellation will be refunded if the villa can be rented for the same time period and rental amount.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
