Our home is a 2/2 that gently sits on a large corner landscaped lot in a quite cul-de-sac. We have an expanded screened lanai with an in-ground hot tub. The home has an open floor plan with volume ceilings, and new vinyl wood flooring throughout home. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large counter island.
Guest bath has a tub/shower combo and master bath has a shower. Our home is a quick golf cart ride to Nancy Lopez executive golf course, Mulberry Grove Regional Rec Center, Savannah Center, Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing and many pools. The Publix Grocery store is a 10 min cart ride. All TV's are Roku that you can stream all your services.
All taxes, utilities, Roku TV, trash, lawn and hot tub service, high speed internet (Wi-Fi) are included. Deep cleaning prior to your stay and sanitized.
Rental Policy: Security Deposit of $500.00 due within 7 days of booking. Cleaning fee - $125.00. Pet deposit for one small dog - $200.00.
NO SMOKING violation will be $500.00 fine.
Villages ID's (to be able to play golf, enter pools and some restaurants) $50.00 for 2 only. Please let me know one week before arrival if you are wanting the ID's. You will have to pick them up at Spanish Springs Villages

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years +. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
