Smart TV with cable in living room and master bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped with gas range, oven, microwave, Keurig maker, coffee maker, slow cooker, pans and pots, bakeware, mixing bowls, utensils, and much more. Lots of blankets, sheets, and towels provided. A king size bed in master bedroom with large walk-in closet. Other bedroom has queen size beds. Home has indoor laundry, Smart TV with cable in living room and mastered room.

Enjoy all the spectacular amenities that Fenney has to offer. There is the Fenney Grill, several pools and beautiful nature walking trails. Executive golf courses (Red Fox and Gray Fox Golf Courses, Longleaf and Loblolly Golf Courses), archery range, Fenney Putt and Play, Ednas on the Green, pitch and put course all a short golf cart away. Brownwood Paddock Square and Sawgrass Grove are two of the closest squares with entertainment. Grocery store and may restaurants nearby. Easy access (5 min. ride) to Florida Turnpike (only 1 hour to Orlando).

Check in time is 4pm on first day of month and checkout time is 10am on last day of the month unless other wised agreed upon.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, internet and lawn service are included (short-term rentals).

Temporary resident guest pass for 2 people will be provided with monthly rental of 2+months ($50 value). This entitles holder to rounds of golf on approx. 30 executive courses, pools and rec centers access, etc. Less than 2 months renter will have to pay to landlord.

Rental Policy: 25% of rent due within 7 days of booking with signed contract. Balance of rent due 30 days prior to check in.
This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
