The Villages charges $50 for temporary ID's. I will pay that fee for a 2 month or more rental.
All taxes, (7% Florida sales tax) utilities, TV, WIFI internet, trash, lawn service, are included.
Rental Policy: Rental rates are for up to two adults only. 4-person gas golf cart, with curtains included. $500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of end of rental period minus cost of any damage, repairs or replacement of loss other that ordinary wear and tear. Full payment is required 60 days prior to date of occupancy. Cleaning fee, $150. Fee will be returned if home is left in same clean condition as beginning of rental.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before 60 days of occupancy, security deposit will be returned if another tenant is secured at the same terms. Cancellation within 60 days of occupancy (after rent has been received) will forfeit all rental payments and unless another tenant is secured at the same terms. Security deposit will be returned. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided
