Rental Policy:
Rental charges of 50% are due within 30 days of booking, remaining 50% due 45 days prior to first day of occupancy. Anyone staying in the home must be disclosed on the rental agreement. Additional couples on weekly rentals add $50 per couple.

$750 Security Deposit is due within 7 days of booking and is refundable at the end of the lease after satisfactory property inspection and minus the cleaning fee. Security Deposit is forfeited if reservation is cancelled by tenant unless it can be re-booked. Every effort will be made to re-book.

$150 cleaning fee deducted from Security Deposit.

Must be a minimum of 25 years old to drive the golf cart on Villages roads and trails. Temporary Resident Villages ID (Optional): $50 for 2 Temporary Resident IDs which allows access to all golf courses, exercise facilities and other activities; only pay a trail fee ($4) when paying when playing Executive Courses. Due with 2nd payment to give adequate time to process your passes.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years and older. Younger visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
