The triple sliding door opens to a very private screened Lanai that has both landscaping privacy and custom roller blinds to block the breeze or sun. A trim of LED lights makes it the perfect place to spend the evening. There is comfortable furniture to sit and relax on as well as a dining table on the lanai. A Weber gas grill is on the open patio a step away. The lanai and all other rooms have ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with an additional foam topper, a flat screen TV, dual nightstands and a large dresser in addition to a large walk-in closet with customized California closet storage. The connected master bath has a tiled walk-in Roman shower, double sinks, hair dryer and magnifying mirror. There are plenty of towels and sheets for your stay, including pool towels and pool bags.

The other side of the home has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a hallway pocket door for privacy. The second bedroom has a king size bed with foam topper, dual nightstands, large dresser and closet. The third bedroom has a desk with 2 oversized monitors and keyboard to help you stay connected via wireless high speed internet or if you need to work during your stay. That bedroom also has a full size sleeper sofa. Between the 2 bedrooms is a second bath with tiled shower/tub combination, hair dryer and plenty of extra towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from small appliances like toaster, blender, food processor, mixer and Keurig and Krups coffee makers. There are quality knives, pots and pans and plenty of dishes, glasses and serving items to entertain friends during your stay. The kitchen also has a sunny breakfast area with an oversized table and 4 chairs. There are Whirlpool stainless steel appliances with ice maker, water dispenser, convection oven and dishwasher. The interior laundry room is equipped with a Whirlpool washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and hand steamer. There are insulated and regular grocery shopping bags, puzzles, games, books, beach mats, small coolers and pool floats available for your stay. Everything to make you feel at home and make your packing effortless.

The home is ideally located on a quiet back street within walking distance to Manatee Recreation Center with swimming, Pickleball courts, Shuffleboard and many other activities. It is located in the center of Villages, minutes from Brownwood Town Center, a short ride to Lake Sumter Landing and close to all of the new walking trails and activities in the southern development area. Evans Prairie, Belle Glade and Bonifay Country Clubs with Championship courses are close by as well as several Executive golf courses. Multiple shopping centers with restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies are just a few minutes away.

**A golf car is not included in this rental price but we can make arrangements to include it. Two bikes and Pickleball paddles are available for your use.

Rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults) and include 2 Villages Resident ID's for stays of 30 days or longer.

NO Pets and NO Smoking on the property
Check in time is 3PM the first day of rental and check out is at 10AM the final day.

Rental Policy:
$750 Security Deposit and 50% of the rental fee is due within 7 days of booking. The balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the start of the rental period. The rental fee is non-refundable unless the home can be re-rented for the same time period at the same rental rate. We suggest trip insurance.

The security deposit, less the $175 cleaning fee will be returned within 14 days of departure less any expenses for damage.
