Property Details

This corner property has cathedral ceilings and solar tubes add plenty of light into large open living room. Formal dining room is complete with seating for 8. Comes fully furnished, linens, towels, dishes all included. Our lanai is climate controlled with a tv and ceiling fan. Easy access to patio that has gas BBQ and table and chairs. Close to shops.

All taxes, utilities, premium cable TV, high speed internet, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.

Rental Policy: Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.

$100 Cleaning Fee(deducted from deposit)
$600.00 per month security and reservation deposit is due when booking. The deposit is refundable 15 days after you vacate, less a cleaning fee of $100.00 per month. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.

References may be required. All fees are due 60 days in advance of the rental date.

- No smoking! This means no smoking anywhere on the property. This includes the golf cart.

- No pets.

- Subletting is not permitted.

- This is a single family home and is rented to a maximum of two persons. Other guests who are staying longer than one week will incur an additional 20% rental fee and require the owner's approval

Please Note: The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents who are at least 55 years old. Younger visitors are allowed for only limited time periods. Family activities are provided. Reservations can be made past the months listed above contingent upon receipt of both a signed lease, and a security and reservation deposit. In most cases, advanced bookings will be given the current pricing. Since reservations are sometimes made over a year in advance, please do not assume that the home will be available the year subsequent to your month rental or that you will be given the right of first refusal ; unless special arrangements are made.
