Rental Includes: All utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and phone service. For rentals under 6 consecutive months, a 8% state and county tax will be charged in addition to the listed rent amount.

Rental/Contract Info:
1. Initial security deposit of $1,000 and signed contract must be received within 7 days to secure the property for agreed upon time frame. Security deposit includes: coverage of damages, and move out cleaning fee of $200.
2. First month rent due within 180 days prior to rental date.
Remainder of deposit will be returned within 30 days of last day of rental.
3. Rental time frames will be for full month.
4. Cancellations made after the reservation deposit and/or rent has been received will receive a full refund, not to exceed the new reservation amount and minus $100 administration fee if we are able to rent the property for the time period that the villa was previously contracted for.
5. Village IDs for additional $50
6. Golf Cart Use: $100 extra a month
7. Rental amounts/contract info are for 2 occupants. Additional occupants / visitor for additional cost.
8. All rentals for less than 6 months are subject to Florida rental tax.
