$1250 deposit ($1000 reservation/security deposit due-$200 cleaning fee, $50 ID and the full amount is due up front to reserve immediately!
Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after stay is completed if all is 100% excellent condition.
Annually:
Annual rental--Renter pays electric/heat, phone, cable TV, internet (wifi) and $50 for Villages ID card
Owner pays taxes, water, garbage, sewer, and amenity fee. (1st 2 months and last month of annual lease to be paid up front ) payment due monthly by the last day of the paid month for the following month.
(Monthly: Security Deposit and cleaning fee and ID fee $1250. $1000 is returned within 2 weeks after departure if all is left as it was when you arrived.)
Renter's insurance is highly recommended. (There is no refund given if renter departs early ( for any reason)
I have had repeat rentals due to the location and nicer home goods within the home. I am 3 min walking distance to Spanish Springs Square.
