This house has a split floor plan, with basically 2 master bedrooms, both have King beds and walk-in closets. It has 2 patios, one in front and one in back. The kitchen is fully loaded with lots of small appliance, coffee pot, blender, crockpot, spice rack and more, all the dishes and cookware you would need to cook or entertain. It also has a Florida room and a small room with a desk.
All taxes, utilities, hi-speed internet, cable TV, trash, lawn service are included. House has digital entry. I live 30 minutes away, so we are available for any problems that should arise or any questions you may have.

$500 holding/security deposit is due within 7 days of reservation
1/2 rent and cleaning deposits within 90 days
1/2 rent within 45 days
Consider travel insurance. Last minute rentals can be difficult to find, most people who rent in the Villages plan their trip months in advance. Money paid can only be returned (minus $200/month) if house is rerented at the same price, often it needs to be dropped, the difference will be taken from rent paid, you will be consulted.
