The interior of the home is open-plan style. The kitchen and living area is expansive.

The spacious master suite has a king-size bed, a room-size walk-in closet, sliding doors to a lanai, and an extra-large bathroom with his and her sink area, a soaking bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a comfortable room with a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and personal bathroom. There is also a Futon Sofa Bed in the second bedroom. The office room has a Naomi Home Caramel Leather Futon Sofa Bed and has an adjacent half-bath. The main and guest rooms have premium window treatments. There is a piano in the living room for those who enjoy playing.

Visitors enjoy a whole house water filtration system, including Reverse Osmosis water for drinking.

The home has an Inside laundry room with washer, dryer, deep laundry sink and extra-large freezer.

The attached outdoor 48 x 12 lanai, accessible from the master bedroom and living and dining rooms, is fantastic for relaxing, entertaining, and watching the lake with its local wildlife. NOTE: The hot tub in the lanai is available to tenants. A $150 fee pays for cleaning the tub before and after the rental.

All state taxes, utilities, Smart TV, trash, lawn service, and high speed internet are included in rental fee. Visitors may use our 4-seater golf cart during their stay.

$175 non-refundable standard cleaning fee deducted from security deposit.

Available for seasonal rental, with preference given to multiple-month rentals. Long-term rentals are negotiable. Rental rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 4 people. NOTE: A Temporary Resident ID will be provided for up to two renters for those renting for three months or longer. For monthly rentals, we will get Guest Passes.

Rental Policy:
$1,000 Rental/Security Deposit. This deposit minus the cleaning fee will be returned within 14 days of your departure, depending upon housekeeping's home inspection. All gate cards, garage door openers, and keys are accounted for. There is no damage beyond normal wear and tear. There is no additional assessment needed for a deep clean. Grandchildren have visiting rights for a short period.

Reservations Deposit: 50% of rent is due 7 days from booking. The remainder of the rent and the security deposit of $1000 is due 60 days prior to rental start date.

***Any cancellations risk loss of all deposits unless home is re-rented for the same terms.
***Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent.
***Weather conditions not allowing tenant to arrive on time does not warrant refund of any sort. Travel Insurance highly recommended.

Our property caretaker will welcome you upon arrival.

This rental will allow NO pets and NO smoking for renters or your guest.

Generally - Check-in 4:00pm, Check-out 11:00am.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.

Rental Rates
