Our home is just 10 minutes by golf cart to Arnold Palmer Legends Country Club and Championship golf courses and 15 minutes from Lake Sumpter Landing. For your convenience you will be just 10 minutes by golf cart to the Public Library, Publix, Bealls Outlet, IHOP, Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens, Bob Evans, and Buffalo Ridge for: Walmart, Olive Garden, Fresh Market, Red Lobster, Bonefish Grill, Golden Corral, Perkins, Steak & Shake, and McDonalds.

The Village of Ashland enjoys a neighborhood recreation center right in the heart of their own neighborhood. Complete with an adult swimming pool, a boccie court, a shuffleboard court, and horseshoe pit, it's the quickest way to get out and have some fun. Rental Policy:
Rental charges for 50% of lease term is due within 30 days of booking, remaining 50% due 45 days prior to first day of occupancy

Security Deposit:
$500 Due within 7 days of booking and refundable at the end of the lease after satisfactory property inspection however, is forfeited if reservation is canceled by Tenant after booking unless property can be rented for the same period at the same price.

Temporary Villages ID (Optional):
$50 for 2 IDs which allows access to golf courses, exercise facilities and activities.

$135.00 Cleaning Fee

Occupancy is for 2 Adults. Short term guests are welcome for 1 week or less. Longer term guests may be subject to additional charges.

Returning renters enjoy a 10% discount.



This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
