* Please inquire if you wish to rent on a weekly basis to check availability.

Rental Policy:
* $500 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking (fully refundable 1-2 weeks after check, provided there are no damages done to the unit).
* $125 cleaning fee *you just pack your things and leave. The $125 fee pays for our cleaning agency to clean the entire home...sheets, towels, dishes, bathrooms, etc. The only thing you need to do before you leave is empty out the fridge and set the trash on the curb.
* All rental funds due 120 days prior to your check-in date.
* Option to purchase temporary resident ID passes are $50/couple. All homeowner amenities will be transferred to you the guest which includes NO green fees on any of the Villages 30 executive courses and only pay a $4 trail fee on any of the championship golf courses. If you have visiting guests, they can attain a "guest pass" to enjoy the activities with you and pay discounted green fees.

The Villages is an active Senior community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
