Vaulted ceilings throughout with fans in living room, both bedroom and lanai.

Wireless internet, and if you would like, The Daily (Villager newspaper) Sun.

Living room has a flat screen Smart TV (Netflix/HULU ready) and a Blu-ray/DVD player.

Possibly using YouTube TV this year.

Gas grill on outside patio.

Vacuum, ironing board and iron included. Washer and dryer are located in the garage.

Please no smoking in the home, garage or lanai.

No animals or pets allowed.

The prices are for 2 adults.

Villages guest ID is included in the rent. This gives you access to all activities. 30 executive & 11 championship golf courses, all recreation centers and everything the villages has to offer.

About 1 mile (walking distance) from Sumter Landing. Walking distance to a family pool or residents only pool. Golf, rec centers and nightly entertainment at Sumter Landing are all very close.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included. You can always make an offer for a long term rental because of the desirable location.

$500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
