Our NightHawk Villa is named for the NightHawk that returns yearly to nest in the front yard rocks to have her babies. Our villa is equipped with a emergency lighting, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher. Our villa is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and maintained.
This is your opportunity to experience all our community has to offer, we are an active Senior Community for residents 55 +. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. The lucky guests that stay during the short time our little Nighthawk visitor is nesting in the front yard rocks having her babies and teaching them to fly will have an unforgettable wildlife experience in addition to a relaxing, memorable vacation.


Seeking an annual renter starting after 12/31/2024
Long Term Rates - $1900.00 Monthly and Tenant pays all utilities, personal water, sewer, trash, Cable and WI-FI. Landlord pays amenity fee, property taxes. Rocked yard will need to be sprayed for weeds by tenant, pest barrier with Home Defense sprayed by tenant. Tenant will be able to get resident Villages IDs for all amenities once drivers license is updated to Villa address
Long Term Rental Policy: No smoking. No Pets.
Tenant Screening: Landlord utilizes Tenant screening service to perform credit, background, Eviction, Judgement/Lien checks.
A $1900.00 security deposit and the first & last months rental fee due upon contract signing to hold reservation.
We do require the renter to obtain renters insurance at their own cost. Proof of insurance is required before moving in.
The security deposit minus a $250 mandatory cleaning fee will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.
