AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM RENTAL: June 2025 at $2,400.00/month.
Tenant pays: renters insurance, electricity, internet, cable, phone. ( Please note, a satellite dish is NOT permitted.)
Owner pays: property taxes, amenity fees, homeowners insurance, trash, outdoor pest control, lawn service, and water.

$200.00 pet fee per pet.
SHORT TERM RENTAL:
7 % state and local tax. Tenant arranges their own internet.
Electric utilities up to $200/ month, trash, and lawn service included. This is for short term rental, less than 6 months. $1,000.00 security deposit, half of rental amount, $200.00 cleaning fee, taxes, pet fee, and any additional charges due at time of contract signing. Remaining half of rental amount due 60 days prior to moving into the unit. For each, unreturned garage door opener, gate pass, mailbox key, and key to the house, $100 will be deducted from the security deposit .
Rental Policy: Security deposit $1,000.00, 50% of rental amount, 100% of security deposit, plus all additional charges, due at time of signing contract. Final 50% of rental money due 60 days prior to rental period beginning. Rental money is non-refundable. ( In case of cancellation, if unit can be rented to someone else for the same time frame, rental money will be returned, less any expenses incurred to secure another renter.) Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after rental term ends, less damage expenses, if any.
Smoke/vape free house and premises.
NOTE: Golf cart is provided as a courtesy from the owner. If for any reason the cart does not function properly, you will not be given a replacement cart. You will be responsible for renting your own cart. If you would like to rent your own cart, instead of using the owners cart, that is fine.
This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
