7 % state and local tax, internet and cable not included in rental rates.
Electric utilities up to $200/ month, trash, and lawn service included. This is for short term rental, less than 6 months. $1,500.00 security deposit, half of rental amount, $200.00 cleaning fee, taxes, pet fee, and any additional charges due at time of contract signing. Remaining half of rental amount due 60 days prior to moving into the unit. For each, unreturned garage door opener, gate pass, mailbox key, and key to the house, $100 will be deducted from the security deposit .
Rental Policy: Security deposit $1,500.00, 50% of rental amount, 100% of security deposit, plus all additional charges, due at time of signing contract. Final 50% of rental money due 60 days prior to rental period beginning. Rental money is non-refundable. ( In case of cancellation, if unit can be rented to someone else for the same time frame, rental money will be returned, less any expenses incurred to secure another renter.) Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after rental term ends, less damage expenses, if any.
This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
