RENTAL POLICY: $600.00-$1,000.00 Accommodation Fee which is part of the total stay rent depending on the length of your stay, due upon booking reserves the rental and becomes part of the rent when full payment is made.

Security Deposit of $600.00 shall become due with rental balance. Security Deposit will be returned within 15 days of departure, subject to inspection for missing inventory, damage or needed for cleaning over and above normal (3 hours).

Full rental is required 30 days prior to rental starting date, unless otherwise approved by owner.

$175.00 Cleaning Fee applies to all rental periods to be collected with rental balance.

The Villages is an active senior community for residents 55+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
