There is a 55 Flat Screen TV for your viewing pleasure in the Living room as well as a DVD Player. There is an eat-in kitchen with quartz countertops and seating for four, or if you prefer, there are 3 barstools at the countertop for more casual dining. The Kitchen includes upgraded appliances a Bosch dishwasher, oversized side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker - a double sink w/disposal, GE Electric Range, Microwave. There is a Keurig coffeemaker, teapot, Cuisinart Air fryer Toaster Oven, blender, pots, frying pans, glass bowls, wine, beer, water, juice and tumbler glasses, silverware, and other kitchen tools & utensils, all provided for your home-away-from-home-welcome-to-our-home-enjoyment.

When you are ready to relax, the Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed w/King pillow-top Mattress, dual nightstands, dual dressers, 32" Mounted, Flat Screen TV, alarm clock for early tee-times, and ceiling fan. Our Linen Closet is well stocked w/extra linens, bath & pool towels, tablecloths, and there is a vacuum & floor dust mop. Cleaning & Laundry supplies have been provided but are expected to kindly be replenished when used.

A Char-Broil Patio Bistro Electric Grill and outdoor wicker furniture set is provided for you.

Absolutely NO SMOKING or PETS on the Property or PET VISITORS.
