Garage has washer/dryer, cabinets, & workbench.
The kitchen has refrigerator w/icemaker, electric glass top range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, food processor, blender, etc.
Linens, towels, dishes, glasses & cookware.
Vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron & gas grill included.
The prices are for 2 (two) adults. There will be an additional charge of $50 per person per week for the guests that stay with you.
The $50 ID is included is included in the rent. This gives you access to all activities (42+ executive & 12+ championship golf courses, all rec. centers, pools, etc.)
All taxes, utilities, internet, local TV, trash, and lawn service, are included.
No Smoking.
Rental Policy:
$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
Rent due 60 days prior to arrival.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
