The master suite has a king size bed, large walk in closet and private bath with shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. 32" TV in both bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with dinner service for 8. Keurig coffee pot and an additional 10 cup cioffee pot , toaster, and pots, pans, and crock pot.
High speed internet , Roku on all 4 TVs for streaming your favorite sites. Bar-B-Q grill included.

Village resident ID cards can be available which allows you to use any of the 29 executive gold courses and 11 Championship courses. You are also entitled to access any of the family friendly and adult only swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball, pickle ball & tennis courts, sand volleyball, horseshoe pits, billiard tables and over 1000 organized weekly activities throughout the recreational centers.
3 town villages offer a variety of entertainment 7 nights a week

All utilities including, electric, heat, air conditioning, water, sewer, trash, lawn care service plus amenities fees are included and paid for by the owner.
$500 Deposit required, plus $200 cleaning fee.

A booking request will be held for 7 days, at which time a signed rental agreement along with 1/2 the rental amt and security deposit (which will be non refundable unless it can be rerented) Balance of rent for prime months due 30 days before occupancy.
