utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.

Rental and Deposit Policy:
$750 deposit due within 7 days of booking. Full balance of rent, with added sales tax, due 45 days prior to arrival. $750 security deposit will be refunded less $125.00 cleaning fee within a week of departure if home is left as found. An additional $150 deposit required for pets.
