Our beautiful house sleeps 6 and includes a master suite with king size bed, 40 in. smart TV, a large walk-in closet and master bath with dual sinks and a walk- in shower. Separate guest suite on the other side of the living area, has a pocket door to separate bdrm #2, that is soothingly decorated with a queen bed and bdrm #3 that is bright and beautifully equipped with 2 twin beds and full bath with shower/tub.The living room has beautiful leather furniture including a dbl recliner sofa and a recliner rocker, where you will love to sit back after a long day of activities to enjoy watching a movie or golf, on the 60 in. smart TV that has a full cable package. Bring your laptop and your other devices because high speed internet/wifi are also included. Your stay includes all linens, bath and pool towels, hair dryers, iron, and a fully equipped kitchen with all you should need if you decide you want to cook instead of going out to all the great golf clubs and restaurants that are all accessible with your golf cart. There is a separate laundry room with a front load washer/dryer on pedestals, for your convenience, 2 car garage, screened-in lanai with comfortable cushioned chairs with foot stools, love seat and patio table for four, a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in your private yard with privacy walls in back and on one side. Outdoor patio has patio chairs and a gas grill. This home is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. Your are 2 blocks from your Virginia Trace pool and a little longer walk or a couple of minutes golf cart ride to the Canal Street Village Recreation Center where your grandkids can enjoy the family pool and you will enjoy the tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, boccie ball, shuffleboard courts, billiard rooms and meeting rooms for clubs and activities. But you are not limited to your neighborhood rec. centers, you have access to all neighborhood, village and regional recreation centers and all 42 executive golf courses where your golfing is included with your $50 Temporary resident ID card and golfing at the 12 championship golf courses for an additional fee. Also Camp Villages is offered every summer Intergenerational fun for Villagers and their grandchildren with many activities and programs that will be sure to make your grandchildren want to visit you every summer. For use of the recreational facilities and included golf privileges, you must obtain a Temporary Resident ID, which is $50/2 people, made payable and picked up at The Villages sales office. Additional guests can obtain free guest passes at the recreation centers once the temporary resident ID is obtained.

Cancellations: If the house is damaged and/or we are unable to rent it to you, you will received a full refund. You will receive a full refund Less a $200 cancellation fee if cancelled at least 60 days prior to your reservation start date. You will receive a 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to reservation start date. There will be NO refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

If payment made with a credit card, there will be an additional 4% credit card fee added to the nightly rate and if the booking is cancelled the credit card fee will not be refunded(In addition to the $200 cancellation fee)
