-Prices are for 2 persons. Additional fee of $50 per guest per week for up to 2 additional guests. Guests must be listed on the rental agreement.
-This is a non-smoking property.
- Additional security deposit of $500 required.
-All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, weekly lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.

- Will consider rental periods of two weeks or longer for the months of July - September.

Rental Policy:
$500 Security deposit due within 7 days of booking.
$125 Cleaning Fee
$50 (optional) temporary ID for access to The Villages amenities.

Rental process:
-Villa can be held for 7 days following a confirmation from owner. Please e-mail to place hold.
-A signed lease agreement is due 7 days after booking. A rental deposit of $1,000 along with the $500 security deposit confirms
reservation.
-The remainder of the rent is due 45 days before the beginning of the rental period.
-$125 cleaning fee is charged and is subtracted from your security deposit when it is returned. Security deposit is issued 14 days after the last day of your rental agreement. Deposit will be returned in full, less cleaning fee if property is undamaged.

Cancellation policy:
-In the event of a cancellation, your rental deposit is fully refunded only if the cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date and only if the property is re-rented for the same time period and the same rate. Cancellations within 45 days of rental start date are not refundable.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
