*Cleaning Fee: $150
*7% Florida Use Tax + Sumter County tax (Required by the state of Florida)
*Security deposit: $750 (Due 45 days prior to arrival)
*A reservation deposit equal to 50% of rental fee is required within 14 days to secure the booking. Cancellations 60 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit reservation deposit unless the home is rebooked.
*Rental fee balance is due 45 days prior to arrival
*Payments processed via Zelle (preferred) or check.
*Temporary Resident ID passes are available for $50.00 and are payable to The Villages.

All utilities are included.
Golf Cart is included as a courtesy.
REQUIRED Florida state sales tax is NOT included.
**High speed internet ONLY with SmartTV. Must have streaming ability for TV viewing (YouTubeTV, Hulu, Netflix, ect..)

The Village of Amelia offers an appealing mix of homes, villas and recreation centrally located near Lake Sumter Landing, the Mallory Hill Country Club, and Havana Country Club. The Caroline Neighborhood Recreation Center features an adult swimming pool and the nearby Coconut Cove Village Recreation Center features a family pool, plenty of outdoor recreation, and a tropical theme surrounding the meeting rooms and billiard parlor inside.
