Tenant pays for renters insurance, and phone if desired. Rental Policy for this lease: a refundable Security/Damage Deposit of $2,400 plus last months rent is due upon signing lease. Then a $225 Cleaning Fee (Non-Refundable); if small dog approved, additional cleaning fee charged, plus $50 for 2 Temporary Resident IDs, and the first months rent is due prior to move in. Then monthly rental payments thereafter.
