The living room includes a loveseat and two barrel chairs. There is a 65 inch flat screen smart TV, available with streaming, along with TVs in each bedroom. One is a ROKU TV and the other is a fire stick.. The home has internet and . The unit includes a programmable heating and cooling system with ceiling fans throughout.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and 30 inch flat screen TV. It includes a walk in closet and private bath. There is a hair dryer in the master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and a new 32 inch flat screen TV, purchased in 2015. The guest bath is just a few steps away. All linens and towels are included. $750 Refundable Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. We will mail your contract at that time.
$125 Cleaning Fee (non-refundable) due within 7 days of booking.
25% of full rental fee will be due at time of contract (within 14 days), with remaining rent due 45 days prior to tenant arrival.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
