Sunscape, our home in Hemingway Village, is a spacious and comfortable designer home with an electric golf cart (lithium battery) and 3 bicycles. It gets great reviews--see below. Sunscape is ideally located, on Chapman Loop, near the junction of Morse Blvd and CR 466A. It is a short golf car ride from Colony Recreational Center and Colony Plaza shopping center. It is equidistant from the Lake Sumter Landing and the Brownwood town centers, where restaurants, theaters, additional shopping, and lively nightly entertainment can be found.

The open design of this elegantly furnished home features a large kitchen which opens on the formal dining room and the spacious living room. The living room furniture includes two comfortable reclining chairs facing a flat-screen TV. The breakfast nook on the other side of the kitchen has two lovely windows overlooking the flowering plantings out front. The luxurious master bedroom suite has a new king bed (as of 3/24), a flat screen TV, 2 walk-in closets, and a double sink bathroom spread. New luxury vinyl flooring was installed in the entire house in 2023. High speed internet. Access to TV news channels and streaming services is available by means of a Roku device.

Sunscape's split-plan design provides privacy for your guests in the area of the second bedroom (queen bed), second bathroom and den, which doubles as the 3rd bedroom with a superior queen-size pull-out sofa. Four glass doors slide open from the living room to the screened-in lanai, which is surrounded by beautiful plantings, allowing you to dine in outside air comfort and privacy, or lie back on a zero-gravity lounging chair. There is a separate laundry room.

The kitchen is well stocked and includes a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Espresso machine, blender, mixer, and a slow cooker. A gas grill outside the screened-in lanai is a perfect addition to this home away from home.

A Parcar electric golf car with lithium batteries, 2 sets of (dated) golf clubs, and 3 like-new bicycles (21 gears) in the double garage are included in the rental fee. Play golf on the many different courses, at nominal rates. Cycle on neighborhood streets and on the many multi-purpose trails, or on country roads nearby.

You may be familiar with all the wonderful activities available in The Villages, an outstanding, world class lifestyle community. REVIEWS: #1 "We spent a month in Corrie and Mary's beautiful home in The Villages. The house is presented in immaculate condition and is beautifully furnished. It is literally a home away from home with every convenience imaginable provided. It is extremely well located in The Villages which has something for every age group. We were very close to pools, recreation centers, shops, cinemas, restaurants and the many golf clubs. A golf car is provided for use by guests. Corrie and Mary were extremely easy to deal with. The Villages is a great base for exploring Florida...we easily traveled to theme parks in Orlando, The Kennedy Space Centre, Clearwater Beach and St.Augustine to mention but a few. Huge master suite with king bed, two walk-in closets, vanity with double sinks and separate bath/shower/toilet area. Very roomy. Second bedroom with queen bed and nice closet. Third room with very comfortable sofa-sleeper. Great eat-in kitchen (you can choose counter seating or table seating) with everything you would need. Gas grill outside screened in porch. Living room has plenty of seating. Includes nice electric gas golf cart (and 2 sets of clubs if needed), and 3 bikes. Great location near Havana Championship Golf Course. Highly recommended.
