YEARLY RENTAL OR LONG TERM RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE.

Terms are as follows:
$900.00 Security deposit. 100% rent DUE with contract acceptance. $150.00 Cleaning Fee to be deducted from the security deposit. 90% will be refunded if cancelation is 90 days prior, 50% 60 days, 25% 30 days prior to reservation date. Exception would be if the property can still be rented for equal or greater value of said contract.
